Kristina, the self-assured psychic played by
Leslie Hope, resurfaces in this season's final two episodes when she's hired by a local police department to help Patrick Jane (Simon Baker) and the CBI team solve a case. She apparently flirts with Jane, but they're not heading for a hook-up. A source told SpoilerTV.com to "expect Kristina to command Jane's attention in other ways." Show creator Bruno Heller told TV Guide that the serial killer who murdered Jane's family will return in the closing episodes as well.
Jane and Lisbon (Robin Tunney) will pick up Red John's trail, but it will put one of their team members in danger. "The story will move a great leap forward, but they're not going to catch [him.] They're going to come too close for comfort," Heller says. Of course they won't catch him. It's the season finale, not the series finale, duh.
